Silentium Allies with MICROTRONICA

Distribution of its acoustic-noise solutions enter the European IT market.

| Published July 2, 2008

Silentium Ltd. (Rehovot, Israel) announced it has entered into a distribution alliance whereby MICROTRONICA (Reading, UK), a subsidiary of Arrow Electronics, Inc., will offer delivery in Europe of its spatial active noise control (ANC) technology and solutions.

Silentium recently introduced a Customized ActiveSilencer Enclosure (ASE) for the new Intel Modular Server. The ASE joins The AcoustiRack Active (ARA) and the Active Silencer Docking Station (ASDS).

Silentium’s AcoustiRACK targets the SME market, education, labs, offices, and other areas where noisy equipment is located in the vicinity of people and can be used as a server room in a cabinet. Silentium’s ASDS was customized for Intel’s SC5299E Chassis, as an add-on noise reduction solution.
