Contex Acquires IDEAL's Scanner Distribution Division

Enhanced customer value to extend beyond U.S.

Contex A/S (Alleroed, Denmark) acquired IDEAL's Scanner Distribution Division, which has consistently been Contex's largest U.S.-based distributor of wide-format scanning and imaging solutions.

This move is designed to provide stronger and more direct support to business partners, distributors, and dealers in the North and South American market.

Plus, Contex expects the acquisition to increase its distribution base in the North and South American markets.
