Selerant Releases DevEX 2.0 for PLM

Runs web-based applications between systems for SOA.

| Published July 18, 2008

Selerant (Brooklyn, New York) released DevEX 2.0, which is enabled to run web-based applications. The usability enhancements can be attributed to DevEX being built on the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 platform. In addition to the platform, the developers extended the service-oriented architecture (SOA) for web services to allow greater integration, connectivity, and communication between systems.

Other added and enhanced features include enhanced control and visibility throughout formulation with a significant emphasis on the recipe process, recipe visual control and stage list functionality, increased regulatory compliance calculations and features, regulatory what-if functionality, and more.
